My birthday 2009

Part 1

Felt really good to meet up my long-lost twin (SGS-ians will understand that). Haha. We met on the 9th of may, a week ahead. But it doesnt matter, so long we get to see each other.

Dined in at Din Tai Fung, and we had a good chat there. Thanks for the treat gal =) .. Since 2 years plus we didnt meet up (ppl never believe it cse we were like glue durin sec sch) Time pass v fast in a blink of an eye. Amazing! Im missing you now my bff =( we had this term back then.. Haha

Part 2

On mothers' day, which was the 10th of may.. Parents left for holiday..I went to visit grandma first, then to purchase stuffs b4 dining with my Bro and my Aunt.

Had dinner at Sushi Tei over at Taka, I was too hungry to take pictures. LOL, followed by dessert at TCC at scotts road. Nice setting. Heard from my aunt they would always have a different setting almost so often.. Big Bucks man.!

Thanks Uncle Kym for sending us back too. =)


Part 3

12th May, tuesday aft sch.. I even had fyp until 7.30pm.. I think that was the first time I left sch so late.. -_- ..Famished by that time. Headed to lau di fang-Novena..

All the food that we had for the day..Donut factory for dinner & Donuts.. And Waraku desserts rocks like anything! Superb! We went ga~ga over the desserts. My tiramisu slice of bdae cake. =)

Part 4

13th May, Me and JH..
Dinner at Suki Sushi, followed by movie.

Prince and princess!! wahaha.

Pardon for the messy layout..LOL. I didnt notice..Besides, we are stacking up plates..heh

In the theatres, cropped away his face, cse he doesnt want his face in that pic..So left me, tt explains big face! LOL. By tt time we are cui, but we can still take some decent neat photos..And the same thing goes in the journey back.. Haha.

Part 5

On the actual day, out with Jh, Yp and Cass.. Head down with Yp after school to MS & met up with the other 2.. Dinner at Yuki Yaki. (buffet) Our 1st time except for JH. Quite nice. Choose the right variety and you will enjoy cooking, and D.I.Y. =) Having fun there! Wee~

Before changing table for dessert, my dear JH came up the idea to cook this omelette..(The omelette not fully cooked yet in the picture.) At the last moment, I dunno whythe 3 of us keep eating 'dou miao' with different cooking methods! lol

Thanks for the slice of Bdae cake. We had our D.I.Y ice cream.. Chose 4 flavours and we 'cook' it plus our own toppings.. Fun! Yp and her part- time bf.. Strength to 'cook' from them. Haha.

My lovely girls. Thanks for the gift and for ur precious time <3 I did not edit pictures unless necessary, except for borders and such. If not this post would be even longer! hahaThis is to show CASS funny actions and the spoiler in pictures! LOL. Dun come aft me once u seen this! Yp will agree with me, but I love you still. Haha.

Part 6

Belated on the 15th, with Emm and Belle, Row wasnt able to come.

GlassHouse Fish and Co, with live band.Snapping away while waiting for the dishes to come..

Here comes the exciting part. Belle gave me the feeling of smth is coming up, and the feelingwas very strong.. It came true, thanks to her and emm to cover up, I felt so 'ma lu' at first and it took me some time to adapt back. LOL.

See my shocked face and all my unprepared expressions! Life's candid scenes! Emm was amazed how big I opened up my eyes..At the same time there were other ppl celebrating birthdays and all, but all on the 2nd floor, while we were on the 1st.. First came the ice cream with the candle, brought over by the staffs there..other tables were already looking at me..Next, few staffs came over to ask me to stand. I reluctantly rejected but in the end I eventually did..And stand on a chair ok!! Imagine that, a petite me, with a floor of fully occupied customers..And the staffs started to do a birthday rap for me, though I cant fully catch what they were saying and they mentioned my name wrongly because they are not locals, it was loud and other tables were clapping along.. I'm so pai seh at that time. LOL. As for the following, you can see I was given the single firecracker and I was ordered to blow the candle without bending. But I cheat abit la! We had a polaroid taken by them for memories and the staffs were nice to prepare a card with wishes..

My bdae cake too, I have forgotten the name.Heh. Thanks to u girls for the gift and surprise still =)

Headed back to PS starbucks b4 we left for home.

As for Jh birthday which was 5 days after mine, I didnt really had the chance for us to really celebrate..and its all during his exams and other appointments period..So, it was just dinner with his family on his actual day, and then a belated simple dinner from me accompanied by some shopping..

This round,my turn to cover my haggard face after school. He's trying to open his eyes to be on par with me! LOL..The only thing I know is that the flash irritates his eyes..Haha.
